During setup, after revealing 3 Landmark tiles, shuffle the The Shire tile with the other remaining Landmark tiles and form a stack, facedown.
Play a visible card, from the current chapter, to your play area, whether it’s available or not. Unlike other Landmarks, do not place a Fortress on the central board.
